RVroofmagic over chalky 15 year old rubber rv roof?

Original Crossroads rv rubber roof is 15 years old now and has never been treated or scrubbed. Not garaged. I assume it's epdm. Only small leaks in front/rear corners. I went to apply more dicor caulk and notice that all the roof is chalky and rubs off easily. Rubber seems rotted but intact and good adherence. What do ya recommend?

Hello sure if its the original epdm roof then only one coat of the  RVroofmagic  is required.  We do suggest to put a flash coat on first then a final coat
