Once the Proflex Primer is applied you have 24-48 hours to apply the liquid rubber for proper adhesion. If the Proflex Primer dries completely, you will then need to sand the dried primer and then reapply. The Primer should not be wet, but should still be tacky when applying the Liquid rubber

Yes the primer still needs to be tacky when you apply the liquid epdm generally 24 hours after you apply the primer you can apply the top coat

yes you still want the proflex primer to be tacky when you apply the liquid epdm over it
