*Liquid Butyl Rubber comes standard in white and black for non-commercial orders (less than 25 gallons) the other custom colors are available for an additional $15.00 per 5 gallon pail. Minimum order for custom colors is 5 of our 5 gallon pails or a total of 25 gallons. For custom colors orders please call our office.

  • Various Metal Roofing systems
  • EPDM-Flash coat required,
  • Any original EPDM rubber roofing system.
  • Fiberglass
  • Hypalon
  • Acrylic Sheet and any acrylic based product
  • Weathered Vinyl
  • Polyurethane Foam
  • Torchdown
  • Aged Vinyl (adhesion test required)
  • Modified & BUR roofs
  • Concrete, where there is little foot traffic.
  • Any roof where a 3rd party coating such as an elastomeric or acrylic was previously applied.
  • TPO-Must be aged five years.
    1. TPO must be cleaned specifically with Roof Protect found on our site
    2. TPO must have remaining service life. TPO scrim must not be visible throughout the field of the roof.
    3. Surface must be dry. Any of these could cause the material to blister/wrinkle
  • Sprayed Urethane Foam Roofs- Be sure roof is dry. Moisture will cause coatings to blister (Call for tech support)
  • Any other application must be approved in writing
  • NOTE: Not to be used for 3rd party silver-asphalt based coatings unless entirely removed

Here are some before during and after pictures of our roof. As you can see the seams were really bad. We applied the tape around the perimeter and then applied the Liquid Butyl Rubber. It is now about 6 months since the application and it turned out great. The product did everything it said it would. Excellent support staff as well..
