Will the self leveling properties allow me to hide any seems from the current ripped rubber roof?

Question

My rubber roof ripped and peeled back.  Some spots are not missing.  Should I remove a full section of it (the front near the cap of course), then prep, prime, and lay down your product as a new roof in that section and just go over the rear with a thinner layer where the old rubber roof is still good OR will the product fill the seems where the old rubber roof ripped and even the few small spots where the rubber is missing?

I really would not be able to advise unless i was actually on the roof but I can tell you that the rv repair shops we deal with will remove the section before applying two coats of the RvRoofMagic
