Actually that is one of the biggest benefits of the product. The bubbling it what would otherwise be trapped air being forced to the surface by the catalyst. During this cross-linking process the liquid epdm will chemically bond itself to the substrate and those bubbles will decrease as the product fully cures. Depending on the temperature it may take up to a few weeks but your roof is already protected and waterproofed
