Re-applied liquid rubber over existing liquid rubber roof after pressure washing two days before.

The day we applied it was around 71F. the next day went up to 89F and the liquid rubber has bubbled up in spots.
What would cause this?

hello yes the bubbling is normal part of the curing process those bubbles will go down as the product fully cures
