how to repair liquid butyl rubber?

I am contractor considering 22,000 sq ft on commercial EPDM and need to find out procedure for repairing. Can I use EPDM methods and products for holes and rips? And do you suggest redoing Liquid Rubber after standard repairs. Also what is warranty if applied according to instructions.

Hi Gary yes you can...one coat should last approx 18-20 years before a recoat is needed but i would suggest giving our office a call and speak with one of the sales managers 610-298-1989 they will have more specific questions for your.
