on a problem with a rubber roof.....May I treat the caulking with proflex primer first and have the liquid roof adhere properly?
related to an answer for:
Do I use roof repair over previuosly caulked seam instead of using caulk, or must I coat the entire roof with it?

you would need to remove the silicone caulk and replace with either a butyl or acrylic caulk
