The EPDM Liquid Rubber is similar to the sheet version, but has some very distinct advantages that have made is so successful over the past 25 years.

• It is the only product we are aware of that will tolerate standing water 365 days a year and is warrantied against standing water
• It will not chalk after eight or nine years unlike the sheet version
• The method of “curing” or drying provides an airtight, seamless membrane whereby it chemical bonds itself to the substrate
• There is never any need to worry about seam separation ever again since it products a seamless membrane when cured
