Can I use it to seal leaks on the bottom of a riveted aluminum boat?

leaks are around the rivets. Should I use the primer first over automotive paint?..will be pressure washed, then prep cleaned with acetone, or 5 Star. Single coat, or multiple coats? Thank you.

yes but if any the rivets are loose we sugges preping them with our seam tight first before applying the Butyl Liquid Rubber Thank you
