BTW I sealed up an old stucco planter box which is now a water feature basin.
Went over it w/a stiff wire brush on a grinder to knock down the bumps then used the Primer and a couple days later covered w/EPDM
Looks great except for a couple of pinhole spots where I see primer which I want to go over now that it has cured for a week...
