Product Description
EPDM Silicone 100% is a high yield, low VOC, one-part silicone elastomeric coating specifically designed for use in roofing applications as a protective coating over a variety of roofing substrates. Once cured this liquid applied silicone coating provides a durable, seamless, flexible, waterproof membrane that resists lateral movement, shear and will allow for normal expansion and contraction. Mil for mil, EPDM Silicone 100% provides greater UV protection than similar silicone coatings and offers increased resistance to moisture penetration. EPDM Silicone 100% provides excellent long term protection through exceptional weatherability properties.
Recommended Uses
EPDM Silicone R-2000 100% was specifically developed as a protective coating for a wide variety of low slope roofing substrates. Coverage per 5-gallon pail is 300 sq/ft. Custom colors are available for orders over 50 gallons (Customer Color Chart can be viewed here) With excellent adhesion and durability, EPDM Silicone 100% is proven to provide excellent UV protection and long term durability. It can be used directly over the following substrates (ONE COAT IS ALL THAT IS EVER NEEDED !) Minimum orders are (5) 5-gallon pails. Call for contractor pricing.
